Translation for "cheeky" as in "cheeky grin"?

My definition of 'cheeky grin' is what I wrote in my original post.

 

賤賤的笑 is not a bad translation. When I baidu it, this is one of the images that comes up:

I have often seen my Chinese male friends strike this kind of (cheeky) pose.

Cheeky and 贱 are only close for me if we're talking about the amusing somewhat positive 贱 and not the negative catty one.

 

The picture in #21 is not my idea of cheeky, because cheeky tends to lean closer to "wry" for me than it does "playful".
