ChTTay Posted January 4, 2015 at 10:24 AM Report Posted January 4, 2015 at 10:24 AM Hello there, Does anyone have any experience pickling vegetables (any type) using Chinese methods? For that matter, Korean or Japanese may also be interesting. I have tried searching a bit online in Chinese but haven't been very successful in finding anything. There is a kindle book on Amazon about Chinese pickling but i'm suspect as to how authentic it is. Can anyone help at all?? Quote

oceancalligraphy Posted January 5, 2015 at 10:54 PM Report Posted January 5, 2015 at 10:54 PM Stumbled across a recipe for 台式泡菜. I wasn't expecting 蜂蜜 or 話梅 in the recipe. Might be a good one to try. Quote
