Here is a selection: On the left we have Maasdam from Holland, then a Red Cheddar from the USA, Italian Grana Padano and a Danish Brie. We also have regular supplies of: Swiss Emmentaler The red cheddar was unusual. We more often get regular white New Zealand (Anchor) cheddar. And we get what Americans seems to think is mozzarella. Not in my book. Quote
