‘人单’是谁？

Can't really get:

 

三是机制创新，要建立人单合一的自主经营体。 '人'是‘用户’或者‘员工’？‘单’是‘单位’？‘体’是‘体系’？

Thirdly, innovative mechanisms, (we) must set up 人单合一的independent business systems.

I got this answer on stackexchange:

 

This 人单合一 is just a slogan created from no where, by the Haier company, If you are not planning to pursue a job opportunity from this company, figuring this "人单合一"'s meaning out is just waste of time :-) I think this comes out from the pacific word 天人合一 which have a very deep philosophical meaning first used by Zhuangzi.

 

Makes sense, a play on an old saying.

I doubt it is that deep. "something something"合一 is not that uncommon. Haier did in fact just pull this one out of their ass, but it isn't difficult to understand what the meaning of it is...
