1

big character: 福 happiness

small characters: 贏爾只 Ying-er-zhi, probably the name of the calligrapher, but it would be an odd name. Not sure what to make of this.

2

big character: 吉 auspicious

small charactes: 金濤 Jin Tao, probably the calligrapher's name.

3

big characters: 祥和 harmony

small characters: 汪尚楠書 written (calligraphed) by Wang Shangnan

Do wait for confirmation, I may well have misread something.

The big character in #1 is 禮, not 福, and means ritual/propriety/etiquette. Also, I'm not sure that's 只, but I don't have a better answer, either. My 草書 is getting rusty already. Otherwise, Lu's answer is correct.
