Need Help with Chinese Letters on Clothing Label Please

On all USA mobiles with which I am familiar, to dial international you drop the 011 and press the + instead.

Added International Calling to my cell and tried calling last night. The two different gals I talked to didn't speak enough English to understand what I was saying. :-(

 

Anyone live in China (or already have international calling) that can call for me and talk with them? I basically need to know if they still do custom tailored clothes and if so, do they use or can they use raw/heavy silk for women's suits. (You can let them know that my friend used to have them make clothes for her 20+ years ago.) If they do both of these things, is there anyone I can speak to in English? And then please get their direct number and/or email address.

 

I would soooooooooooooooooo appreciate it if someone can do this for me.
