lfyin Posted January 31, 2015 at 08:03 AM Report Posted January 31, 2015 at 08:03 AM Hi all, I am very interested in pursuing English writing, reporting and journalism opportunities in China. I want to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship to do either a Chinese language program, and then look for writing opportunities as I improve my Chinese, or directly do a journalism Masters degree and look for opportunities from there. (my chinese level is average, i cant read or write well). From my research, Tsinghua University is the only one that offers a Masters completely taught in English. How does the quality of this Masters program compare to other Journalism programs around the world? I already have a media/communications degree from Australia, so i think with some more writing experience, i may not need to go through a whole masters program if the standard isnt so high anyway. If anyone can give me advice on the Communication University of China, Tsinghua and Bei Da for their journalism programs/Chinese language programs, that would be really great! Thanks, L 1 Quote
