Check with the individual universities. I'm at CUHK and they have a stipend too. (I didn't get HKPFS) Research postgraduate in HK means MPhil or PhD, try to go for those. The MA programmes in HK are mostly scams to get money from rich mainlanders willing to join such programs. They don't always involve research and are very expensive with I think no scholarships. 1 Quote
