Assistance sought translating column headers to English

Hi, I hope somebody can help me; I'm looking at an export of data from a program which is in Chinese and English. I've managed to understand some of the main program but the export is in Chinese only and I'm completely out of my depth translating the column headings back into English. The export is in the form of a screenshot, so I'm unable to try translating tools on it.

 

Is anyone able to help at all?

Unfortunatly it's not Chinese but Korean. And there's worse: some characters are even missing. I doubt anybody could ever translate it with only this picture.

Looks more like an encoding problem to me.  Agree that no one will be able to translate it with this picture.

Thanks ever so much Kamille and imron, for taking a look. That might explain why I kept hitting brick walls!

 

No worries, I'll get in touch with the vendor. It's quite an early development, so I guess this part might be a work in progress

Set the default encoding for non-Unicode programs to Chinese (in control panel, regional settings somewhere), and you should be able to see the correct characters.
