I heard someone say 不值滋味, or at least I assume it was 不值 (and it wasn't 不是滋味).

I cannot find this phrase in the dictionary, but a Google search does come up with 6750 hits. So this phrase is clearly infrequently used, but nevertheless, is used sometimes.

Is this an accepted phrase? Or maybe it's just a common typo.

I assume "someone" that you heard cannot speak standard mandarin or speak it with an accent.

可能这个人的口音有些含糊吧,或者就是你听错了。标准说法是“不是滋味”
