Looking for the name of a building/market

I'm hoping that someone who is near, or will be visiting, Zhongguancun can help me with this:

 

In the story I'm currently translating, the main character and his friend pass by 太平洋数码电脑城. My question: what is the English name of this market/building/mall? Google Maps says 'Pacific Digital Computer City', but I can't be sure that is correct. Additionally, there seem to be some other digital malls with 太平 in the name, which doesn't help. The place in the story is near 海淀桥, if that helps. Those malls often have their English name above the door in big letters, and I think that would be the name I should use, so if anyone is nearby and can check for me, then I can be sure.

It's not actually next to Haidian Qiao.  It seems to be just north-west of the big Zhongguancun bridge on the third ring road (which is one bridge to the east of Hadian Qiao.)

Unfortunately, Baidu streetmap doesn't show the name of the building.
