The delivery is in fact outside Beijing, just over the border into Hebei. I have done a Google search which turned up plenty of results, but I would prefer a personal recommendation if possible. The flowers (roses each time) vary a litle in quality each time (size, freshness,lifespan) but we've been satisfied each time. Nothing to complain about the delivery service.
