Is this translation correct? A fairly specialist term, I know.

 

The reason I'm asking is because we're putting in an Australian passport application for our baby daughter, and since we're going from Kunming to Shanghai to do it, I want to make certain that the photo won't be rejected for not meeting the requirements!
