New Members HelloJen Posted May 14, 2015 at 12:24 AM New Members Report Posted May 14, 2015 at 12:24 AM I have all the documents needed to apply for the Z visa. I have worked in China before with my old passport (I now have a new one as the last one expired). My new passport has a different number than my old passport. Do I need to also provide a copy of my old passport when I apply? I ask this because I no longer have my old passport and am therefore unable to provide a copy. What are my options? Thank You - Jen Quote
ChTTay Posted May 14, 2015 at 04:09 AM Report Posted May 14, 2015 at 04:09 AM Did you leave China on your old passport? Then you came back on your new one? If you are "starting fresh" in China then I don't think it matters. Quote

leeovisa Posted May 27, 2015 at 05:20 AM Report Posted May 27, 2015 at 05:20 AM When applying for a China work visa, a 2-year (or above) work experience reference letter is required. If you have already 2 Residence Permits for work on your passport, the letter is not required. Quote
