Tongue twisters with scripts and sounds

Does anybody have a collection of Chinese tongue twisters with scripts and sounds?

I've found many on Baidu, but all of them either for children or with music in background, what I'm looking for is something with good narration, where the articulation and pronunciation is loud and clear.

Long time ago I've seen the following collection, but it doesn't exists anymore.

Might be very helpful for those who are practicing pronunciation and articulation...

 

 

I wonder if anyone uses tongue twisters often to improve pronunciation when learning a foreign language?

I'm going to give it to try anyway, let's see if it's going to work out eventually ))
