Need help translating a tattoo-cant find it online

膽 dǎn gallbladder; guts, courage

愛 ài love

 

My guess is that you (or the person with this tattoo) was going for 'courage love' rather than 'gallbladder love'. It's not that 膽 doesn't mean 'guts', but the combination with 'love' is weird. This is why you should check, check and check some more before getting a tattoo. At least the calligraphy is quite nice and no strokes are missing.
