我現在遇到很多問題關於上網。我現在清楚的看清為甚麼我要一個VPN。值至現在有沒有一個最好的VPN? 對Ipad和對Windows 8.1的筆記本電腦。我看了那個別的帖說不同的選擇但我不準確是不是那個信息相關。

 

I am running into a lot of problems with the internet. I now clearly see why I need a VPN. As of right now, is there one best VPN? (for Ipad and for a laptop running Windows 8.1) I saw the other thread with the different options but I wasn't sure if it was still relevant or not.

不同的区域有不同的VPN情况。你最好问你的同学在宿舍里哪个VPN好。

If you want to use a free VPN that's fast, I think Hotspot Shield will suffice. If you want you can use Tor it's free too. Don't expect high speed from free VPNs, they limit you.

Before using a vpn it is better to ask for free trial and then decide if the service works for you.

I use ExpressVPN, which works perfectly on my smartphone (Android) and pretty well on my computer (Windows 7). It is also very easy to set up and use. I got two free months, now I pay USD 13 per month. BTW, it is also compatible with Apple.

Observer, I thought this vpn service offer cheaper plans - less then 10 usd per month. It must be cheaper if you buy for longer period.

@OldDuck: I pay on a monthly basis for various reasons, but there are indeed cheaper packages if you sign up for a longer period.
