Italian and Spanish languages in Shanghai

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I plan to study my PhD in Shanghai, I will start studying Chinese there as well, but I have some knowledge of Spanish and Italian as foreign languages, I wouldn't like to lose them, therefore, It would be well to have some conversational practice of Spanish and Italian. Does anyone know if there are natives living in Shanghai?
