New Members tjc138 Posted July 1, 2015 at 07:23 AM New Members Report Posted July 1, 2015 at 07:23 AM I was employed on a Z visa in china. But things went a bit south, the employment ended after 2 months and my year long residence permit was changed to a 30 day exit visa then I went home. I have a "job" offer to do a paid 4 month internship in China on a X visa. The new company didn't mention anything about me needing to provide a release letter or reference letter to get new said visa. I mentioned I was previously employed in China but not that I failed probation. Does anyone know if I potentially would have to provide anything to the visa office in the UK such as a release letter to get the X visa? Quote
