Yeah,anonoymoose are right."Only Opportunity" means "唯一的机会"

English is not my first language.

So I am wondering whether this sentence is correct in English (perhaps it lacks an article ?) and what would be the Chinese translation:

Only opportunity is missing, I have everything else: skill, finances etc.

Skylee has given you a very elegant translation. If you want something more colloquial, then try a phrase like “我只缺乏机会” ("I only lack opportunity.")
