Can someone please identify the seal mark on a Chinese jar I own?

I think it is a ginger jar.

What does "Qianlong Nian Zhi" mean"

Does this seal mark state; "Made during the Qianlong Reign"?

That's what it says but in this context it's not what it means. Basically, forget about it. It's just a bit of decoration.
