Characters from a landscape scroll

Dear all,

I'd greatly appreciate help with tranlsation of "handwritten" characters found on a landscape scroll that I got from my brother after his voyage to China. It was probably bought in the Southern China (v. general region of Nanning/Guangzhou/Hong Kong).

Is this some kind of a placename?
And what could be the meaning of the red seal found underneath?

Thanks in advance!

It says -

奇峰秀色 wonderful peaks beautiful view

甲午年春仁芳畫 painted by Renfang in spring of Jiawu year (2014, 1954, 1894 etc)

The red seal is the name of the artist 張仁芳 (Zhang Renfang).
