Since she can't find proof of that anywhere she's just telling people who ask that she doesn't know what it means. I was hoping to help her out and discover what it means so that she might not want to cover it up when she finds out. Thanks again for your help. Ps. It usually appears as part of word compounds like 福祉. Words like 祉 tend to appear more in foreigners' tattoos, I guess. 1 Quote
