xiebing918 Posted August 20, 2015 at 09:54 PM Report Share Posted August 20, 2015 at 09:54 PM “你的下班是你的追求还是打卡机的不挽留?“ I'm having trouble understanding this. How I think of it: You | get off work | is | your | pursue | or | punch clock's | not | force you to stay. Which I translate as: "Do you leave work because you want to or because you don't have to stay"? Even if this is correct, I still don't really understand what it's asking.
skylee Posted August 21, 2015 at 06:21 AM Report Share Posted August 21, 2015 at 06:21 AM I think the translation is pretty good.
New Members ailsa1315 Posted August 21, 2015 at 06:26 AM New Members Report Share Posted August 21, 2015 at 06:26 AM I think it maybe means when you get off you do that follow your choice or just it`s just time to leaves。
dwq Posted August 21, 2015 at 09:56 AM Report Share Posted August 21, 2015 at 09:56 AM I'll just add that 挽留 is not as strong as "force to stay", but rather "ask/urge to stay".
