HomeLink and 我爱我家 are the most popular. There will be independents but most of the ones in Beijing are pretty dodgey. What are you doing in Baoan? If it's for work, surely someone can help you? Or provide a place? As for maps, when out of China... Google maps. When in China, Baidu maps (in Chinese). Good luck Quote

Shenzhen is a Tier 1 city in China so it can range. Bao'An is not in the center of the city, so prices will definitely be more flexible on getting more for your money. I'm living in Shenzhen Shekou 蛇口 now and surprisingly the rental prices were similar to Shanghai. Quote
