Accommodation in Shenzhen

I've received Z visa eventually and moving to Shenzhen next month.

My office is located in Shenzhen, 南山 district, close to 科苑 subway station.

I've never lived in Shenzhen before, the first month the company will provide me with a room in a hotel, during this time I must find a place to live.

Could you please tell me in which area I should look for an apartment to rent ?

( if possible not too far from my office and not too expensive )
