Hello,

I want to send a package to a friend in China. I have his hand-written address, but cannot write or type it. Can someone help me transcribe this into computerized Chinese characters, so I can print it and paste it on the package?

Thanks!

Frank

Address appears to be 中国广东省普宁市南径镇青洋山牛头门口60号 (No. 60, Niutou Gate, Qingyangshan, Nanjing Town, Puning, Guangdong, PRC).

Name looks like 苏喜强 (Su Xiqiang).

I'm about 95% sure on the address and 90% sure on the name. The reason I'm only 90% sure on the name is because it seems he's used the traditional form for 强(強), yet 苏 is a simplified-only character. Maybe that's just the stylised way he writes his own name.

I agree with the Duck about the address. I also agree that the name might be slightly different, but I assume the OP knows his friend's name so that shouldn't be a problem.

If you have your friend's phone number, it's good to write that on the package as well, in case the mailman has trouble finding the address.

Hello,

Thanks Duck and Lu. Yes, my friends name is Su Xiqiang. Thanks for the tip about the phone number. I'll send the package soon.
