Help with translation of title of little book

I was given this little book today. it has a picture of a dragon drawn on one side of the paper and some text on the other side.

I have been trying to work out what it is about.

I have got this far,

First column : qi  旂   banner, flag

                       you 游

                       ji 纪             youji travel notes

                       nian  念       souvenir

Second column: 通  tong   open, notify, tell

                          闗   guan   surname

                          文   wen     language, surname

                          牒   die      official document

Third column: 長 zhang  elder

                       ?

                       ?

                       遠  yuan  distant

門  men   (with yuan)  distant travels

The characters represented by the ? are the ones I am having trouble with, strange because they are so simple but I can't find anything that makes sense.

So is it someone called Guan Wen's official notification document? Perhaps a souvenir of distant travels?

This is new territory for me I haven't tried something like this before.

I have attached a scan of the cover with this text, and purely for context and perhaps for interest, the inside of the little booklet.

Thanks for any help.

So it is 安 I thought so but was not sure.

So its like a passport but perhaps something done as a modern day souvenir?

This looks like it will be interesting.

I will have a go at the rest, see how I get on.

Thanks 889.
