Can anyone help translating these 3 pieces of text

Hello. I've a picture which is (I presume) chinese. Could anyone help me translating the 3 pieces of text located on it? Or at least point me in the right direction.

There's another translation of the third line there,  初則圖.

 

In any event, I think it's reasonable to say you have a modern moulded resin piece imitating old ivory.

@889 brilliant! Don't know how you dug that link out but thanks a lot Yes I do read Russian and that forum thread helped me a lot.

 

I wanted to find the meaning behind the characters, but I guess they're no more than Mongolian ramblings.

I donot have any idea about these three lines.

But i noticed:

(1) the 1st line and the 3rd line should read in same direction.

    1st = 刻司牙,

    3rd = 初(?) 則圖         

(2) After taking closer look, I think these are one family.

     The rightmost (Sitting) is the son who is showing some skill.

     The middle two (standing) is his parent

     The fourth girl (behindand next to the old lady) is the waitress of the old lady.

     The leftmost girl is the wife of the son.

    The son is do some carving, and his father seems satisfied with him.

    The whole story may related with the 3rd line.

(3) 公產車 - should not appear on the pillar. Thus,  confusing me a lot!
