This is what a double-entry visa looks like

Got a double-entry visa this summer and I thought it might perhaps be useful to someone at some point to see how it is marked when entering the country. The first time I entered, customs put a 'v' with a '1' in it (on the left), the second time a 'v' with a '2' (on the right).

Thanks for posting. Good to know. How long could you stay on each entry?

30 days (visible in the picture). I went to two different congresses and got the double entry with all the paperwork (ticket, hotel, invitation letter, what have you) for the first congres and just the invitation letter for the second one (I hadn't received the rest of it yet). Others with other plans might get different visa with longer durations of stay.

Something else I've seen them do is, if they can't put the corresponding entry stamp on the facing page, leave a little 'p16' note so at exit the guy knows where to look and make the exit stamp.

Duuh! (Slaps head.) Sorry, Lu. I missed seeing part of the photo.
