各位好:

Given  the sentence  在公共气车站,他排队上车了 is it possible  to  distinguish between  the meanings 'At the bus stop he queued up and (then) got on a bus (他排队/上车)' and  'At the bus stop he got on a bus in his turn (他排队上车)'?

Maybe to convey the former  他站队上车  would be more  appropriate?

I'm not sure what you're distinguishing between? The Chinese means he queued up and got on the bus. I don't understand what your second meaning would mean in English.
