Hello,

I am planning to aply for a Chinese Government Scholarship, to study Master's in Sichuan university next year. At the moment, I am studying Bachelor's and I'll graduate in 2016 June. Is it possible for me to apply for a scholarship?

Thank you.

Yeah.  This is a common situation not limited just to China.  You'll just need to provide the most up to date academic transcript you can get your hands on.
