Is 不屑 affected by tone sandhi?

In the ABC dictionary these two characters are listed as a single word-verb. So I assume tone sandhi doesn't apply to the 不 in this word. Is this correct?

I think tone sandhi does apply.  Just because it's a word, doesn't mean tone sandhi doesn't apply, see for example the ABC dictionary listing for 你好.

Note however, that dictionaries *do not* indicate tone sandhi in their pinyin, as per the rules for Pinyin, which say that pinyin should not change to indicate tone sandhi.

Okay cheers. I don't where I got the idea that the tone doesn't change in "words" but only in "phrases" (if I can even make this kind of grammatical distinction)

A more interesting case is 不列颠, where the “不” is not only definitely a part of a word, but also part of a morpheme, i.e. it has no semantic content on its own. I think even in this case, tone sandhi still applies (though I might be wrong).
