Where to get complete vocabulary lists for the NPCR series?

I have all of the textbooks, workbooks, and audio CDs for the New Practical Chinese Reader series. I'd like to create an Anki deck for the vocabulary for the entire series so I can study in Anki while studying from the books. Searching the Internet and Anki shared decks, I only find lists covering the first two books.

Is there any place which has a reliable list of all of the vocabulary for all of the books in this series?

A simple internet search, a simple CF search will give you results for NPCR1-5 at least.
