(今天)有点冷 -> (今天)冷一点?

Hello!

The construction  {有一点儿  + V } can be changed into  {V + 一点儿} :

我有一点儿明白 ->  我明白一点儿

我有一点儿说汉语 -> 我说一点儿汉语

But can  {有一点儿  + Adj } be changed into  {Adj + 一点儿}  likewise:

(今天)有点冷 -> (今天)冷一点?

Thanks a lot.

"我有一点儿说汉语"

Where are you getting this from? It's wrong. "我说一点儿汉语" might be possible in a certain context (Oh, you want to know how good my Chinese is? Ok, 我说一点儿汉语) but if it's meant to mean "I can speak a little Chinese" then it's wrong.

Yeah, some of those examples look a bit suspect, and the one roddy points out it is straight up wrong.

As for your question, I'd say it changes the meaning somewhat.  If someone said 今天有点冷 that's fine, but if they said 今天冷一点 then I'd be expecting them to compare it to yesterday or something like that.  Like 上午还好,下午会冷一点.

一点 shows up in a few contexts:

有一点冷 <- inseparable from , means "to be a little..."

给我一点时间 <- pure quantifier "a little..."

今天冷一点 <- comparative implicature "a little ...-er"

Don't try to conflate the last one with the first two.

Hi, actually “我有一点儿明白” and "我明白一点儿“ are different.

我有一点儿明白: I start to understand it. (it's more like 经过学习,我有一点儿明白了 - after learning, i'm getting something about it)

我明白一点儿: I understand part of it.

And the expression of "我有一点儿说汉语” is wrong, "我说一点儿汉语“ is the correct way of saying it.

Beside, I think it also mean "I can speak a little Chinese".
