That aside, all your examples seem okay (I could be wrong!). The only things that "feels" wrong to me is using 的. I'd generally opt to say 我朋友. And I don't think I'd use 們 on the end of 朋友. Depending on context, you might prefer the mutuality of 咱们都是朋友！Remember though that in some contexts that mutuality might sound presumptious.
