Clipboard popup reader for windows?

There is http://mdbg.loqu8.com/download.htm and it works, but slows down my pc,

also i would like to know if there is something like this but free.

Basically -show popup with pinyin and translation of copied to clipboard text - monitor clipboard and when chinese

characters are there, show popup.

 

Is there something similar?

There's http://www.lingoes.net/ which has various dictionaries, and Google Translate (or some machine translation, I'm not actually sure which one). You can also install Chinese-only dictionaries in the same tool.

Thanks but it does not have most important part - clipboard monitor.
