It means Yong Ding Disinfection factory in Beijing, Fengtai.

 

And sorry for the bottom Chinese character, I can't see it clearly.

If you want the name of the equipment on the bottom line translated you'll have to provide a better photo. Perhaps a look at the English version of the manufacturer's website will have some clues.

 I wouldn't have been able to read it just from the photo, but it does look like 环氧乙烷灭菌器, which is the term used on the company's website and translated as ethylene oxide sterilizer
