Where to find Chinese OpenCourseWare with soft subtitles?

MIT OpenCourseWare has some videos with Chinese soft subtitles, but the lecturers speak English. I found some videos of Chinese professors and middle school or high school teachers, but none with soft subtitles. Does anyone know a resource that has Chinese-language videos, where the speaker is speaking on some academic subjects, and has matching soft subtitles for careful analysis?
