edelweis Posted December 9, 2015 at 09:41 PM Report Share Posted December 9, 2015 at 09:41 PM hmmm it's a bit long. Which part are you having trouble with? Have you tried searching for "(unknown word)英文" ? there are lots of how-tos with pictures and English vocabulary on the internet... Since I have an interest in the topic, here's my take on the flowchart part inquire about the problem (i.e. request a description of the issue) reproduce the issue (i.e. following the steps in the customer's problem report, check that you observe the same symptoms) external examination (I assume this means look for burnt or damaged areas) => if abnormal: determine whether it requires repair according to the symptoms if normal: Clear CMOS (clear BIOS parameters? see here) => if ok: the motherboard is restored else: replace devices => if ok: the motheboard is normal else: remove CPU, RAM etc., install diagnostic card, start short circuit detection Then you have different cases of short circuits...
