把无名指交你手中 give ring-finger into hand?

Context would help with this one so that who is doing the "把" which in turn would help clarify the last bit.

Perhaps something like: Take my ring finger and put it within your hand

A lot of room to play to make it sound "prettier"

It's a lyric from Chinese song 我们结婚吧 by 金莎&刘佳。The new couple sing this song in the wedding, telling their love story and willingness to stay with each other.

把无名指交你手中:Take my ring finger and put wedding ring in my hand, I'll mary you.

Without the context it is hard to imagine, but the only thing that comes to mind is the image often used in romantic dramas of slipping a wedding ring on your intended's (oops, I almost wrote "opponent's") ring finger...so:

"I offer my ring finger, i.e., put it in your hand...( or Take my ring finger in your hand) to accept the ring..."

But only you know what comes before and after, so...
