Tool to search for conflicts when converting form simp to trad? (Ambiguities searcher, 后⇄後后 )

So lets say i have long text in simplified Chinese which i need to convert to traditional.

According to what probably most of you well know and what is described here

such automatic machine conversion is in some cases not good option.

 

So is there any tool, that will quickly show me in my text, where probability of such ambiguities can happen,

show me or highlight characters on which i have to focus on to manually search for correct meaning of words and choose proper trad chars? (or maybe, if such thing exist - show me list with possible options so i could select which fit the most based on text understanding?)
