I Ching Video Translation

I am studying the I Ching for a college paper and I was wondering if someone could help me with the translation of a few videos. I do not need the full translation of any one of the videos, more the overview of what the authors are describing. I believe them to be describing a method of consulting the I Ching that I have not seen described elsewhere in English. An exact description of the method they are using and describing could be very beneficial for the paper I am writing. I have found three videos that seem to describe the same method. If someone could please either fully transcribe one of the videos or give an overview of the method used in all three it would be very interesting and greatly appreciated.

This video seems to be the most descriptive:

This video shows more fully the method that I would like the exact process to:

This woman seems to deviate from the other two in her method slightly but could be helpful in understanding the method overall:

Again, thank you to anyone who can help me out, hopefully you find this as interesting as I do.

Thank you for looking at it, I guess I need to find a Japanese translation forum haha. The yarrow method is extremely common, however how they are doing it is fundamentally different because they never use the right group of sticks. Thank you for everyone who looked at it, I appreciate it.
