Can someone help identify what this stamp means/says?

I have a Chinese wiseman that is " Sau" made from what we believe is bone. We are trying to figure out what the stamp on the bottom says, can someone help translate ?

At the bottom right of the the reply window is a "More Reply Options" button, click this to go to the new reply window.

 

When you are in the new reply window, click on the the "Browse" button, then navigate to the file/picture on your computer and then click "Attach This File" button to add the file/picture to your post.
