DucroZi is a newly released APP to learn Chinese on Android. It's totally free and easy-to-use. 

 

It can be a dictionary APP satisfies you to look for translation: you can search words via Chinese characters, Pinyin or English.

 

But it's not only a dictionary, it's a simple Chinese learning tool enables you create your own vocabulary list, then save or add searched words to your list for later study or train.
