I have this painting; if anyone could help me to translate the signature, it would be greatly appreciated

here is my best attempt.

湖光山色美画舫  丁丑年 not so sure about the red seal. maybe from upper left corner, anti-clockwise, X(unidentified)强印章.

 

光 here refer to 风光 and 色： 景色。风光and景色both means scenery.

画舫 is a well decorated little boat for sight seeing.

 

so magnificant is the scenery of the lake and mountains, and so sophisticated is the little boat.

A harmonious and pleasant landscape, makes the people who are viewing the sight relaxed.
