Need translation of characters on my new climbing shoes!

Hi, I bought used rock climbing shoes and they had these characters drawn on and I have yet to figure out what it means, please help! The other shoe had Yoda from Star Wars drawn on, if that somehow goes hand in hand with the translation.

It translates to something like "what skill?" or "what technology?"

Doesn't look like the work of a native speaker in any case.
