Your pronunciation of "这个" is understandable, though it has room for improvement.

 

Here is my feedback:

 

"ge"(个) is alright, the problem is "zhe"(这)

 

I heard that there is an "o" sound in your pronunciation, becoming "geor" (google translator english speaker 2016-03-17).

 

You could try to remove the "o" sound and pronounce it as "zher" (google translator english speaker 2016-03-17), with the Mandarin's falling tone (fourth tone, from high to low pitch).

I don't think there's a problem, or if there is it's very slight. Perhaps just a tiny bit less rounding of the lips would help.

 

There's also a variant pronunciation [zhèi ge].

FWIW, I think the duration of saying zhe can be shorter.
