Will Pleco include the Outlier Linguistics dictionary in a bundle?

Hi,

I'm very tempted to buy one of Pleco's bundle, but since the Outlier Linguistics dictionary is coming out soon, I was wondering if I should wait a bit to see if it's included in a bundle before buying.

Any thoughts?

Why don't you ask on the Pleco forum? I am pretty sure Mike Love said they will have it, but whether as part of a bundle I don't know.

I think it should be available separately.

 

I already have what I need and don't want to have to buy a bundle of things I don't need to be able to have the Outlier Linguistics dictionary.

No plans to include it in a bundle in the near future, no. A year or two down the line, maybe - would have to negotiate that with Outlier, without going into any specifics I can say it's not something we have a legal framework in place for yet - but certainly not anytime around its initial launch.

 

(and we've never made any add-on available exclusively through a bundle, nor is it likely that we ever will - seems like a pretty lousy thing to do to our previous customers)

Thanks for your reply! I wasn't aware of the Pleco forums, I'll definitely ask my Pleco questions there now, but I hope this info helps other people lurking here.

Now I just to figure out if I can justify to myself getting the Pro bundle : )
