I think 哪 here has an indefinite meaning like 'anything' so 万一哪句没说对 more or less means 'in case you say something wrong'.

Yeah question words like 哪 and 什么 both do this. It basically means there is a set of possible sentences, and there might be a sentence in that set that Zhifang says wrong and bam her grandma will just get even more mad.

有什么不对劲 there is something fishy

Agree with all above posts. Just means "any sentence" - "if you say any sentence incorrectly"

 

It's also used in a rhetorical negative sense as well (though still serving the same "indefinite" function) EG 他哪裡有錢？ means he has no money. Literally "where does he have money?". And now that I think about, the response to a compliment 哪裡 - you could also say 哪裡有這樣的事? (Where is this thing that you've praising me with?)
