Just means "any sentence" - "if you say any sentence incorrectly" It's also used in a rhetorical negative sense as well (though still serving the same "indefinite" function) EG 他哪裡有錢？ means he has no money. Literally "where does he have money?". And now that I think about, the response to a compliment 哪裡 - you could also say 哪裡有這樣的事? (Where is this thing that you've praising me with?)
